At Domestera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Damaged items due to misuse or improper care
• Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
